Author Talk - Matt Dickinson (Oct 2025)

Another author who made a welcome return to Loreto as part of Reading Week activities was Everest summiteer Matt Dickinson.  He posed some interesting ethical dilemmas to Yr9 while delivering his thrilling and inspiring talk.  “Have a crazy dream”, he said, “but also a realistic and well thought out plan with contingency built in - unless you want to fail.”  Matt signed his books over lunch adding his prestigious Everest stamp!  His books are available to borrow in the library.
