Dec 17th /  Last Tuesday the Year 12 French students went to see a performance of ‘It’s so Nice’ at the Cine Lumiere in the Institut Français, South Kensington.  Julia has written this report:

‘It’s so Nice’ is a bilingual comedy which explores the lives and the rivalry of Mary Queen of Scots and her cousin Elizabeth I, Queen of England, two 16th century icons. The play showed their roots, and expressed the personalities of both Mary and Elizabeth while giving a historical explanation of the events.  It was easy to follow and, while the interpretive dancing was slightly strange, we all thought it was enjoyable, funny, and well worth seeing.
