11th Nov 2016 – Today many of our pupils have donated money to Breast Cancer Now in return for the opportunity to wear their own clothes rather than school uniform.  Many embraced the theme of “wearing it pink”, and the lunchtime turn-out at our mini race for life was excellent.  Well done to all those who have contributed in some way, but especially our Sixth Formers Olivia Meakes, Olivia Shanahan, Aoise Haran and Becky Griffiths, who organised the whole event.

This evening we will start to count the donations, and we hope to at least match last year’s total of over £2000.  Everything raised will be used to fund world-class research in order to help create a future that’s free of breast cancer.  You can find out more about this work by clicking here.
