Feb 1st / Hopefully some of you made it to the recent Hertfordshire School’s Art Exhibition at Samuel Ryder Academy. For those who didn’t, here are some photos of pieces on display by Amber, Esme and Rebecca in Year 11. The girls should be really proud of their work, which certainly fitted right in with the high standard of submissions from a range of GCSE and A-level students attending local schools.
In other news, you may have noticed that the display of artwork in the hall was refreshed last week, with a selection of pieces from last year’s GCSE and AS students – most of whom are now studying AS or A2 Art. We hope that you will enjoy this new splash of colour and it will inspire many more of Loreto’s budding artists to create beautiful pieces like these!
